Our Mission

SOICS is dedicated to building a welcoming and inclusive community by promoting cultural harmony and diversity based on the mutual respect and full participation of people from all backgrounds.

South Okanagan Immigrant & Community Services (SOICS) acknowledges that the South Okanagan-Similkameen is the traditional, ancestral, and unceded (stolen) territory of the syilx people of the Okanagan Nation. We are grateful to the syilx people who have always cared for these lands, water, and air and continue to do so today.
